ABOUT WAR CHILD CANADA

IndieSolo.com is producing KW’s first rock concert music festival for kids and early teens to celebrate live music and support War Child Canada by increasing awareness about war-affected children. Founded in 1999, War Child Canada is an award-winning charity that provides opportunities and long term solutions for war-affected children, focusing on education, strengthening children’s rights, reducing poverty and fostering self-reliance. War Child works in partnership with local people and organizations to build sustainable programming that empowers children and their communities. War Child Canada currently provides support to communities in Afghanistan, Darfur, Sudan, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka and Georgia. War Child also has domestic outreach programs in schools, and among youth, across North America and works closely with the music industry to provide awareness, support and action for children’s rights everywhere. www.warchild.ca

ADULT SUPERVISION: At each event, indieSolo.com will have security and adult supervision who will be posted throughout the premises, entrances, exits, and parking lot to provide security and ensure the safety of all attendees.

GRADES 4, 5, & 6 SHOW AT MAXWELL'S MUSIC HOUSE
At least one parent or adult will be required to attend show and accompany child or group of kids. Kids cannot leave without the parent or adult supervisor.

GRADES 7 & 8 SHOW (NO PARENTS)
No one will be allowed to leave the premise unless they are with a group of friends or picked up by an adult or parent.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY!

IndieSolo.com has a zero tolerance policy and will enforce it should anyone break the rules. We are putting on this show to entertain you with some of the best live music in the country plus give you an outlet to conquer boredom and video game addictions.

There is no fighting, thumb wrestling, bullying, name calling, vandalism, stealing band equipment, wearing Hanah Montana t-shirts, or any other illegal activity like smuggling aliens, bringing your own candy, or setting up your own x-box halo challenge in the back corner.

If you break any of these rules, you will not only be kicked out and never allowed back in our events, but you’ll be embarrassed when we stop the music, turn on the lights, and direct everyone’s attention over to your parents as they escort your sorry self out of the venue! Hope you get our drift – ZERO TOLERANCE!
