Story Behind our Band Name

The band started when Jaxon and former SitS guitar player Brad Myelde were still in high school. Together they would play guitar under the stairwells on lunch hour. One day while returning to class a student shouted out "Hey, Stairwell! You guys rock!" Building on the the students outburst the band decided on SYMPHONY IN THE STAIRWELL. Though Brad has since left the band the name still remains.
